Die Scheibenabmessungen liegen normalerweise zwischen 1 Zoll (25,4 mm) und 12 Zoll (304,8 mm) und die Dicke betr\u00e4gt weniger als 1 mm, aber Material haben unterschiedliche Beschr\u00e4nkungen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf den Wafern wird \u00fcblicherweise ein Kerbstandardschnitt angewendet, um die kristallografische Ausrichtung und Handhabung der Wafer zu ermitteln.<\/p>\n<h3>Beschichtungen<\/h3>\n<p>Auf einer oder zwei Oberfl\u00e4chen der Wafer k\u00f6nnen unterschiedliche Beschichtungen aufgebracht werden.
