Es ist eine von Mitsui eingetragene Handelsmarke f\u00fcr Polymethylpenten (oder PMP). Es kann als Rohmaterial f\u00fcr die Polymerbearbeitung, den Kunststoffspritzguss, die Extrusion oder auch in Form von d\u00fcnnen Folien verwendet werden. <br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><\/p>\n<p>TPX zeigt eine gute Transparenz f\u00fcr einen sehr weiten Bereich vom UV- bis zum THz-Bereich. Die thermische Best\u00e4ndigkeit verhindert Kondensation auf der Oberfl\u00e4che und sorgt so f\u00fcr eine gute optische Leistung bei Temperaturschwankungen.<\/p>\n<p>Der niedrige Brechungsindex von TPX ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt, da weniger optische Verformungen auftreten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt das Material \u00fcber ein durchgehend hohes Transmissionsspektrum von Infrarot bis THz.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"unterschiedliche-verwendung-von-tpx-fenstern\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/>Unterschiedliche Verwendung von TPX-Fenstern<\/h2>\n<p>Da der optische \u00dcbertragungsbereich vom UV- bis zum THz-Bereich sehr gro\u00df ist, gibt es viele Anwendungen, von denen hier die g\u00e4ngigsten genannt werden:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TPX-Fenster werden h\u00e4ufig in Vakuumkammern verwendet, da sie bis zu 10-9 mm.Hg eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul id=\"wie-viel-kosten-tpx-optiken\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie viel kosten TPX-Optiken?<\/h2>\n<p>Aufgrund der Komplexit\u00e4t seiner Herstellung und der relativ begrenzten Anzahl von Produktionsakteuren ist das TPX-Material etwas teurer als andere <a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/2021\/10\/22\/plastic-optics-complete-guide\/\">Polymere<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Gl\u00fccklicherweise l\u00e4sst sich das Material relativ leicht bearbeiten und polieren, was dazu beitr\u00e4gt, dass die Kosten f\u00fcr optische Komponenten aus TPX wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig bleiben, insbesondere im Vergleich zu HRFZ-Si und Saphir.<\/p>\n<p>Da jedes Projekt, jede Spezifikation und jede Menge unterschiedlich sind, ist es besser, sich an die Hersteller optischer THz-Komponenten zu wenden, um einen
