C&rsquo;est une mati\u00e8re tr\u00e8s claire et transparente disposant en outre de bonne caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques. Le borosilicate est souvent utilis\u00e9 pour ses bonnes capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, aux chocs de temp\u00e9rature et aux agents chimiques.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance aux chocs de temp\u00e9ratures font du borosilicate la mati\u00e8re parfaite pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e en plats de cuisine qui ne casse pas en sortie d&rsquo;un four au contact de mati\u00e8re plus froide. Egalement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature et aux produits chimiques (aussi bien acides que basiques) est la raison pour laquelle le borosilicate est une mati\u00e8re tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9e en \u00e9quipement de laboratoire.<\/p>\n<h3>Borosilicate color\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>En ajoutant quelques ppm d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment chimique il est possible de produire un borosilicate color\u00e9 tr\u00e8s stable.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, le rajout de Fer (Fe) donnera une teinte verte, le rajout d&rsquo;or (Au) donnera une teinte rouge tandis que le cobalt et le cuivre donneront des teintes bleu au verre borosilicate.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6561\" style=\"width: 289px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6561\" class=\"wp-image-6561 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/glass2.png\" alt=\"borosilicate glass with colors\" width=\"279\" height=\"263\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-6561\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Blocs de borosilicate color\u00e9s<\/p><\/div>\n<h3>Verre souffl\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Le borosilicate demande une temp\u00e9rature de travail plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que le verre classique, mais il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 par les souffleurs pour les r\u00e9alisations complexes. La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re utilis\u00e9e est sous forme de\u00a0 tube afin qu&rsquo;ils puissent \u00eatre mis en forme par soufflage, les tubes de boro color\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement courant.<\/p>\n<h3>Verre plat<\/h3>\n<p>Le Borofloat est fabriqu\u00e9 de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que le float ou verre plat, ce qui en fait un process tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titif pour la fabrication de plaques de mati\u00e8re de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9paisseurs. Le borosilicate est donc une mati\u00e8re de choix pour la fabrication de <a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/fr\/optical-components\/fenetres-optiques\/\">fen\u00eatres optiques<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>NB: L&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur disponible maximum en Chine est de 19mm, il est possible d&rsquo;effectuer des plaques d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur plus importante en collant plusieurs plaques mais la qualit\u00e9 optique en est d\u00e9grad\u00e9e (pr\u00e9sence de marques visibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu). En borosilicate import\u00e9, il est possible de monter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 des \u00e9paisseurs de 25mm.<\/p>\n<h3>Verre optique<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;une des mati\u00e8re optique les plus commune, le NN-BK7 de Schott est un verre borosilicate crow, tout comme le sont son \u00e9quivalent le <a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/fr\/2021\/03\/31\/8743\/\">H-K9L<\/a> de CDGM ainsi que le B270.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6181\" style=\"width: 382px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6181\" class=\"wp-image-6181\" src=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/P1140543.jpg\" alt=\"plano-convex spherical lens\" width=\"372\" height=\"279\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-6181\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lentille en borosilicate<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre le borosilicate et un verre normal ?<\/h2>\n<p>La principale diff\u00e9rence, comme son nom le laisse \u00e0 penser et la pr\u00e9sence de bore dans la mati\u00e8re, cette pr\u00e9sence permet une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que le verre sodo-calcique. Pour des ustensiles de cuisine, il faut contacter des usines pouvant presser \u00e0 chaud le borosilicate ou des souffleurs, quand aux composants optiques en borosilicate crown il faut contacter des
