Une sous-lentille sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en verre flint avec une forme concave et une autre sous-lentille elle de forme convexe sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en verre crown avec un rayon de courbure identique afin qu&rsquo;elles puissent \u00eatre facilement coll\u00e9es l&rsquo;une \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n<p>Les verres flint sont des verres hautement r\u00e9fringent, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;il causerons une forte dispersion des faisceaux lumineux selon leurs longueur d&rsquo;onde. Les verre crown, eux, sont des verre optiques de faible dispersion. Il est ais\u00e9 de savoir si un verre optique est flint ou crown, sont appellation inclura respectivement un \u00ab\u00a0F\u00a0\u00bb pour flint ou un \u00ab\u00a0K\u00a0\u00bb pour crown. Par exemple les verres optiques les plus commun :\u00a0 N-BK7 ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.us.schott.com\/d\/advanced_optics\/31255521-bf27-46f1-ab3b-f35290482499\/schott-datasheet-nbk7-english.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schott<\/a>) or <a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/fr\/2021\/03\/31\/8743\/\">H-K9L<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/cdgmglass.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CDGM<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Le collage des deux sous-lentilles est effectu\u00e9 avec une couche tr\u00e8s fine de colle optiquement neutre et durcie \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re UV.\u00a0 Le positionnement respectif des deux lentilles durant le process de collage est le facteur cl\u00e9 pour la fabrication d&rsquo;une lentille achromatique.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;augmenter la transmission optique du doublet, il n&rsquo;est pas rare d&rsquo;appliquer une couche de <a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/fr\/optical-components\/filtres-optiques\/\">traitement anti-reflet<\/a> sur les surfaces l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat d&rsquo;une lentille doublet ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les doublets am\u00e9liorent la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une lentille en d\u00e9duisant aussi bien la dispersion chromatique que l&rsquo;aberration sph\u00e9rique.\u00a0 Leur premi\u00e8re apparition date du XVIII si\u00e8cle en Angleterre pour la fabrication de t\u00e9lescopes.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement la plupart des application ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le design d&rsquo;une lentille doublet n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s difficile, mais il n\u00e9cessite l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;un opticien exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 afin de bien prendre en compte les possibilit\u00e9s de mati\u00e8res et de formes de surfaces des deux sous-\u00e9l\u00e9ments optiques.<\/p>\n<p>Un dossier de design d&rsquo;un doublet comportera habituellement 3 sch\u00e9mas s\u00e9par\u00e9s, un pour chaque sous-composant plus \u00e9ventuelle un de l&rsquo;assemblage du doublet qui rappellera les sp\u00e9cification \u00e9ventuelles de traitement de surface ou de noirciment des bords.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le dossier de design est compl\u00e9t\u00e9, une fabricant d&rsquo;optiques de pr\u00e9cision sera am\u00e8ne d&rsquo;en comprendre les
