Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une marque d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par Mitsui de Poly-m\u00e9thyl-pent\u00e8ne (ou PMP). Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour l\u2019usinage de polym\u00e8res, l\u2019injection plastique, l\u2019extrusion ou encore sous forme de film mince.<\/p>\n<p>Le TPX pr\u00e9sente une bonne transparence pour une gamme tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendue allant de la zone UV \u00e0 la zone THz. composants optiques\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/fr\/portfolio-item\/fenetre-en-tpx-pour-thz\/\">Fen\u00eatres TPX<\/a>, en raison du faible indice de r\u00e9fraction du Sa r\u00e9sistance thermique \u00e9vite la condensation \u00e0 sa surface, pr\u00e9servant ainsi une bonne capacit\u00e9 optique lors des variations de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>Le faible indice de r\u00e9fraction du TPX est \u00e9galement un atout, car il r\u00e9duit les d\u00e9formations optiques. Enfin, ce mat\u00e9riau pr\u00e9sente un spectre de transmission \u00e9lev\u00e9 et continu, de l&rsquo;infrarouge au THz.<\/p>\n<h2>Different usages des optiques en TPX<\/h2>\n<p>La plage de transmission optique \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendue de l\u2019UV au THz, de nombreuses applications peuvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es, voici les plus courantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les fen\u00eatres TPX sont souvent utilis\u00e9es dans les chambres \u00e0 vide car elles peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10-9 mm.Hg.<\/li>\n<li>Produits cryog\u00e9niques<\/li>\n<li>Industrie alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>Equipements m\u00e9dicaux<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9metteur et cam\u00e9ras THz<\/li>\n<li>Recherche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Combien co\u00fbtes les optiques en TPX?<\/h2>\n<p>En raison de la complexit\u00e9 de sa fabrication et du nombre relativement limit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acteurs de production, la mati\u00e8re TPX est plut\u00f4t plus ch\u00e8re que les autres <a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/fr\/2021\/10\/22\/optique-plastique-guide-achat\/\">polym\u00e8res<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, la mati\u00e8re est assez facile \u00e0 travailler et \u00e0 polir, ce qui
