Il est couramment \u00e9galement fait mention de prismes RGB le \u00ab\u00a0G\u00a0\u00bb rempla\u00e7ant le \u00ab\u00a0V\u00a0\u00bb pour Green en anglais.<\/p>\n<p>La lumi\u00e8re naturelle ou blanche est un continuum de lumi\u00e8re le long des longueurs d&rsquo;ondes visibles, elle peut \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9e en signaux plus courts centr\u00e9s sur des longueurs d&rsquo;onde (couleurs) sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 inversement pour concat\u00e9ner diff\u00e9rents signaux incidents (Rouge, Vert, Bleu) en un signal de lumi\u00e8re blanche. Quatre prismes isom\u00e9triques sont fabriqu\u00e9s avec leurs faces optiquement polies. Un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de couches mince formant un filtre dichro\u00efque est appliqu\u00e9 sur leurs faces int\u00e9rieures. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de colle optiquement neutre, les quatre prismes sont ensuite assembl\u00e9s pour former un cube. La surface externe est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement soumise \u00e0 un rev\u00eatement antireflet pour r\u00e9duire les pertes optiques.<\/p>\n<p>Les dimensions standards sont comprises entre 4mm et 50 mm. Pour les cubes X de haute qualit\u00e9 les tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles sont de +\/- 0.1mm avec une qualit\u00e9 de surface de S&#038;D 40\/20 et une transmission au del\u00e0 des ><h2>Performances<\/h2>\n<p>Comme le montre le tableau ci-dessous, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un rev\u00eatement multicouche de haute qualit\u00e9, les X-cubes pr\u00e9sentent de bonnes performances optiques
