Il peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 en deux qualit\u00e9s : FLIR ZnS et ZnS multispectral.<\/p>\n<h3>Qualit\u00e9 FLIR ZnS<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab FLIR \u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Forward Looking Infrared car le mat\u00e9riau sera optimis\u00e9 pour le spectre IR thermique de 8 \u00e0 12 \u00b5m. Le grade FLIR est fabriqu\u00e9 par proc\u00e9d\u00e9 CVD (D\u00e9p\u00f4t chimique en phase vapeur) et se pr\u00e9sentera sous forme de blocs de mat\u00e9riaux monocristallins. Comme mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus, le mat\u00e9riau aura une couleur jaun\u00e2tre.<\/p>\n<h3>Qualit\u00e9 ZnS multispectrale<\/h3>\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 ZnS multispectrale est \u00e9galement fabriqu\u00e9e par CVD, mais n\u00e9cessitera un post-traitement pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques sur tout le spectre de transmission, du FLIR au visible. Ce post-traitement est appel\u00e9 HIP (Pressage Isostatique \u00e0 Chaud). Une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de r\u00e9alisation peut \u00eatre disponible et doit \u00eatre examin\u00e9e au cas par cas.ZnS ou ZnSe lequel choisir ?Bien qu\u2019ils portent des noms tr\u00e8s similaires, les deux mat\u00e9riaux ont des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le ZnSe a une absorption plus faible \u00e0 10,6 \u00b5m, ce qui en fait la mati\u00e8re \u00e0 pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer pour les lasers CO2.<\/li>\n<li>Le ZnS a une transmission plus large dans le visible mais plus courte dans l&rsquo;infrarouge lointain. La s\u00e9lection doit donc \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en fonction du spectre d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/li>\n<li>Le ZnS est plus solide et plus r\u00e9sistant que le ZnSe, et est donc recommand\u00e9 dans le cas o\u00f9 la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique est importante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O\u00f9 acheter un composant optique IR en sulfure de zinc\u00a0?Les substrats ZnS sont naturellement tr\u00e8s rares et la plupart des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont donc des cristaux cultiv\u00e9s en laboratoire.
