Elle s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 la fois au rev\u00eatement et \u00e0 la surface de la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9tail de la sp\u00e9cification S&amp;D<\/h2>\n<p>Elle est d\u00e9finie par deux nombres s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une barre oblique (\/) ou un tiret (-).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>S\/D | Largeur maximale d&rsquo;une rayure (\u00b5m) \/ Diam\u00e8tre maximal d&rsquo;un point de d\u00e9faut (0,01 mm)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Exemple : S&amp;D 20\/10 autorise des rayures de 20 \u00b5m de large et des points de d\u00e9faut de 0,1 mm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restrictions suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La longueur totale combin\u00e9e des rayures de taille maximale ne doit pas d\u00e9passer un quart de la surface optique utilisable.<\/li>\n<li>Le nombre d&rsquo;entailles de dimension maximale autoris\u00e9 est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 une par zone de 20 mm de diam\u00e8tre pour un nombre DIG sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 et de 1 mm de diam\u00e8tre pour un nombre DIG \u00e9gal ou inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10.<\/li>\n<li>La somme des diam\u00e8tres de touts les points de d\u00e9faut ne doit pas d\u00e9passer le double de la dimension de point de d\u00e9faut maximale autoris\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tableau des rayures et des points de d\u00e9faut autoris\u00e9s (scratch &amp; Par exemple, une optique d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage simple peut n\u00e9cessiter une sp\u00e9cification de 120\/80, principalement pour des raisons esth\u00e9tiques, tandis qu&rsquo;une optique de pr\u00e9cision peut \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20\/10.<\/p>\n<p>Les applications critiques, comme l&rsquo;optique UV profond fonctionnant \u00e0 des longueurs d&rsquo;onde ultracourtes et les lasers haute puissance, o\u00f9 les d\u00e9fauts peuvent induire une forte concentration d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en un point, peuvent n\u00e9cessiter des sp\u00e9cifications encore plus basses.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi la d\u00e9finition scratch\/dig est-elle importante ?<\/h2>\n<p>En optique, la qualit\u00e9 de surface est primordiale, car elle influence le front d&rsquo;onde du signal optique, mais aussi la fabrication des pi\u00e8ces, tant en termes de d\u00e9lais de fabrication que de prix. Par cons\u00e9quent, les concepteurs et les fabricants doivent comprendre leurs attentes et leurs capacit\u00e9s respectives au moyen de normes communes. Le standard S&amp;D est issu de la norme MIL-PRF-138130B, mais est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 en compl\u00e9ment de la norme ISO 10110 pour d\u00e9finir le niveau de qualit\u00e9 des composants
