La forme de surface est le terme plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u00e9signant l&rsquo;\u00e9cart d&rsquo;une surface optique par rapport \u00e0 sa forme pr\u00e9vue\u00a0: plan, sph\u00e8re, asph\u00e8re ou forme libre. Ces d\u00e9fauts affectent la phase de la lumi\u00e8re et peuvent donc modifier un front d&rsquo;onde r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi ou transmis, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;optique para\u00eet parfaitement lisse \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif principal n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;obtenir la sp\u00e9cification de forme la plus stricte possible. La forme d\u00e9signe plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&rsquo;\u00e9cart par rapport \u00e0 la prescription optique id\u00e9ale, y compris les surfaces courbes et de forme libre. Pour les optiques utilis\u00e9es en transmission, le front d&rsquo;onde est d\u00e9form\u00e9 une fois par surface travers\u00e9e (\u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la sortie), et \u00e9galement par les imperfections internes du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n<p>Les contraintes de rev\u00eatement, les contraintes de montage et la temp\u00e9rature peuvent alt\u00e9rer la forme d&rsquo;un composant fini. Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important pour les substrats minces, de grande taille, l\u00e9gers ou tr\u00e8s flexibles. Si l&rsquo;assemblage utilise l&rsquo;optique apr\u00e8s rev\u00eatement ou mont\u00e9e, la conception doit prendre en compte cet \u00e9tat final, et non seulement le substrat nu et non rev\u00eatu.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-msskgix1-d775991d0666f69f857336b6537d5fe2 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>PV et RMS\u00a0: deux m\u00e9thodes diff\u00e9rentes pour \u00e9valuer la forme<\/h2>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes PV et RMS servent toutes deux \u00e0 d\u00e9finir la plan\u00e9it\u00e9\/la forme et la <a href=\"https:\/\/sinoptix.eu\/fr\/rugosite-des-surfaces-optiques\/\">rugosit\u00e9<\/a>. Cependant, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une m\u00e9thode de calcul et non d&rsquo;une sp\u00e9cification en soi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PV (cr\u00eate \u00e0 vall\u00e9e)<\/strong> correspond \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence totale entre l&rsquo;\u00e9cart maximal et minimal mesur\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;ouverture sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est une mesure du pire cas\u00a0: un seul point haut ou bas local peut fausser le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RMS (racine carr\u00e9e moyenne)<\/strong> est une mesure statistique de la distribution de tous les \u00e9carts \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 la surface id\u00e9ale apr\u00e8s le traitement sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9. Elle compare un front d\u2019onde de test \u00e0 un front d\u2019onde de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence calibr\u00e9 et convertit la figure d\u2019interf\u00e9rence en une carte de surface ou de front d\u2019onde.
