Substrate in 6061 – T6 aluminium  (T6 refers to heat treatment of the aluminium which make it more resistant)

Manufacturing process :

Single point diamond turning (SPDT)

Dimensions:

D300mm, central thickness 15mm

Dimension tolerances : +/- 0.5mm

Shape :

Half round disc with parabolic concave surface.

Patterned holes in the back to lighten the part.

Aspect :

RMS better than 0.5 Lambda

CA better than 90%

S/D : 80/50

Optical treatment :

Protected aluminium, R better than 85% @400-700  AOI 0°

Packaging :

Mirrors screwed in custom individual box with air tight protection.
