The prism has a 100mm long base, 50mm sides and 90° main angle. For the side angles they are 45°. Tolerances +/- 0,1mm. Aluminium mirror coating on the inside of the bottom face. Surface quality : S&D 60/40 and the surface form is Lambda/8.

First the prism is cutted to dimensions, then chamfered and polished, finally there is a Aluminium later added on the bottom surface.
