Sample box : thickness 2 mm stainless steel (manufactured by our partner in mechanical components : AGCIS)
Optical window : UV grade fused silica
Manufacturing process :
- CNC machning and sheet metal bending and welding for the chamber structure.
- Precision optics manufacturing for the window.
- Assembly with a screwed flange and silicon joint.
- Wooden packaging protecting the chamber from shocks and the window from hit and scratches.

Window : D200 mm +/- 0.2mm, thickness 5 +/-0.1 mm
Shape :
230 mm cube with a side door with lock and handle and a top optical window.

Usage :
Sample chamber for LIBS testing (laser spectrometry). Samples are put in the closed chamber and the laser can scan the parts through the fused silica window on the top.
