IR window with DLC protection coating, made out of Germanium substrate. Outside dimensions are 140mm long, 100mm wide and 5mm thick. Flatness is a quarter of a lambda and the parallelism is lower than 1 arc minute. Maximum dimension of our Ge windows is D300mm.
